This Service is a content automation tool — not a financial service, not investment advice, not asset management. The Service does not issue trading signals, does not manage client funds, and participates in no common enterprise. Please read Section 1 first.

1. Scope of Service

Lilibtc Bot ("the Service") provides a content automation tool for Binance Square users, specifically: real-time monitoring of crypto news → automatic generation of news-interpretation copy → publishing under your chosen mode (auto / manual review) → posting to your Square account via Binance OpenAPI.

The Service does not provide any of the following:

  • Trading signals, buy/sell recommendations, or price predictions
  • Investment advisory or asset management
  • Custody of funds, trading on behalf of clients, or profit sharing
  • Financial derivatives consulting or tax advice

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

  • You need a valid Telegram account and a Binance Square account.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that using this Service does not violate local laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have full legal capacity.
  • The early version requires an invite code to activate an account.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Content compliance: you are ultimately responsible for all content published under your account. The bot has a built-in compliance layer (banned words, sensitive terms, CTAs, headline filtering), but you should independently confirm content does not violate Binance Square's terms.
  • No abuse: you may not use the bot to publish fraudulent, false, market-manipulative, abusive, politically sensitive, or illegal content.
  • No bypassing the compliance layer: the bot's built-in compliance layer (banned words, headline taboos, price checks) cannot be disabled by users.
  • Account security: keep your Telegram and Binance accounts safe; losses caused by compromise of your accounts are your responsibility.
  • Follow Binance rules: monitor updates to Binance Square's terms yourself; if Binance prohibits third-party auto-posting tools, you must stop using this Service immediately.

4. Disclaimers

  • Not investment advice: bot-generated content is interpretive text based on public news events and does not constitute investment advice, trading instructions, or price predictions. Any decisions made relying on such content are at your own risk.
  • Content copyright: content the bot generates and publishes for you belongs to the copyright owner (you). The Service claims no intellectual property rights over generated content.
  • Account risk: Binance may treat "auto-posting via third-party tools" as a gray-area behavior, which could result in account restrictions, down-ranking, or suspension. This Service mitigates risk via its compliance layer and human-like pacing, but cannot guarantee zero risk. We recommend observing with a secondary account for 1–2 weeks first.
  • Service availability: the Service is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted 24/7; maintenance, failures, or unavailability of upstream services (Telegram, Binance, network) may cause outages.

5. Promo Slots and Monetization

  • By default the bot inserts a short segment promoting the Lilibtc Bot project into roughly 10% of your posts — the Service's only monetization path.
  • You can adjust the ratio with the /promotion_ratio command in the bot (range 0–20%). To turn it off completely, use /promotion_ratio 0.
  • Promo content is subject to the same compliance layer — no external links or non-compliant promises.

6. Fees

The Service is currently completely free. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be announced separately and will not affect the free features you already enjoy.

7. Changes and Termination of Service

  • The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part of it) at any time.
  • If you violate these terms, the operator may suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data via email or bot command (see the Privacy Policy).

8. Intellectual Property

  • Copyright of this website's visuals, copy, logo, and code belongs to the operator.
  • Copyright of bot-generated content belongs to you (the original author).
  • The "Lilibtc Bot" name and related marks are brand identifiers used by the operator.

9. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from the Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, it shall be referred to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration under its rules then in force, with the seat of arbitration in Hong Kong and Chinese as the language of arbitration.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be announced on the website and in the bot for at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; if you disagree, please stop using the Service and request data deletion.
